Head of Delegated Authority Advisory

Michael has a wealth of insurance experience spanning 40+ years with a focus on delegated authority business over the past 15 years, along with claims management in the Lloyd’s and company insurance markets.

Michael began his career as an insurance broker and then subsequently a Claims Adjuster. Michael then progressed his career to head up the development of the Coverholder/TPA-DCA audit services within an insurance consultancy in the London market. For many years Michael has undertaken a variety of roles including key account management (Coverholder/TPA-DCA audits), business development and client relationship management, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to clients at all times.

At DA Advisory Michael leads our team of experienced insurance specialists with a specific focus on the delegated authority space.

Our team has experience undertaking Coverholder and TPA/DCA audits globally not purely limited to the UK or Europe. The team's language skills enable us to undertake audit assignments with a global reach.
